What could they have done better?
Nothing really - Jenny communicated really well with us which was one of the most important factors to me. We put an offer on our house in January 2020, which was delayed due to the lockdown, so knowing our mortgage was safe until the purchase was reassuring.
Jenny was an absolute star, would recommend her 100%. First time buyers and asked 101 questions; Jenny always answered them in a clear and understandable way. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Felt in safe hands that her advice was the best for us.
Jenny has been an absolute diamond when guiding my wife and I to buying our first property. She is a perfect balance of professional and personable and made the process as painless as possible. She always answered queries promptly and offered plenty of assurances to settle some of the first time buyer nerves that naturally set in when buying your first home (big commitment).
