We think Jenny did all that was possible to secure our new mortgage rate, so could have done any better.
What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I was trying to obtain a mortgage as a company director and high street lenders only seemed to want employed applicants. It was very time coming and a mind field trying to find the right lender. Jenny was very quickly able to take all of this away from me and came back with several lenders who fitted my requirements. Jenny was also able to help with house insurance and health insurance which was great being able to go through one person for all of this. It saved me a lot of time and hassle.

Jenny was able to take all my personal details of earnings, accounts etc and find me by far the best lenders out there. I was guided all the way through the process being a first time buyer and she was always on the end of the phone if I needed help or too ask a question. Very quick to respond to my emails and my solicitors.

Yes definitely! very happy with what Jenny was able to provide for me with the lenders she had sourced. She has gone above and beyond all the way through the process right through until the end.

Myself and my partner were first time buyers looking for a mortgage product to purchase our current rented property from our Landlords. Our personal circumstances meant that we had far from perfect credit ratings from an historic period, and we were looking at a 95% LTV. Jenny has supported from making the initial offer, all the way to completion.

Jenny supported with our price research, pointing us in the right direction allowing us to negotiate on price, saving time and money. Jenny also quoted and arranged our insurance cover to protect us if the worst was to happen. Communication was perfect, we were always updated with the progress of of the AIP, Mortgage Application and the completion date. Jenny has always been proactive responding to emails and phone calls within business hours.
