I set up Roseacre Mortgages in June 2023, having built up a wealth of experience in the mortgage and protection field before that. I have achieved “Top Adviser” status in the Vouched For annual guide each year since 2021. I hold the DipFA diploma alongside CeMAP qualification for mortgage advice and the CeRER qualification for equity release.
Over the years I have developed strong working relationships with mortgage lenders to ensure that my clients have access to mortgages that meet their needs, whether they be first time buyers, self-employed or have adverse credit backgrounds.
I have been shortlisted as Adviser of the Year in the forthcoming 2025 COVER Women in Protection and Health Awards. This is in recognition of the advice I give clients to ensure that they and their families are fully covered in the event of accident or long term sickness or death. Without this cover in place, keeping the roof over their heads and covering their living costs can be at risk.
I have two daughters aged 16 and 10 and we live in Bearsted with our cat, Milly. In my spare time I am in the gym at the Tudor Marriott Hotel (also in Bearsted), walking with friends in Mote Park, Maidstone or attending Pet Shop Boys’ gigs, as I have been an avid fan of the group since I was a little girl!
